I would definitely recommend. Everyone here is so knowledgeable and nice. Doctor David Mahjoubi took his time to make sure I was informed about everything that was going to happen. The nurse Anesthetist was awesome as well she helped me get into the right frame of mind before treatment. The demeanor and total vibe of these two people made me so comfortable and safe which I feel is so important. Vera the nurse is always so sweet and a total magician at starting the I.V. !! Vera is another part of the team that just made the treatment so much more effective I feel. I have had 2 sessions and have had very good experience in regards to my back pain(herniated disks,bilateral pars defects,spinal cord narrowing)and my PCOS. I have had very little to no pain in comparison to being in moderate to severe pain most of the day and night. Again, Dr David Mahjoubi took plenty of time in the beginning of the appointment to go over my last experience and if there was anything I wanted to change. Again he Amazed me & gave me my best infusion yet even discussed my sleep problems that I'd never told about and he has an amazing new medicine that is the best sleep agent there is and I've tried them all in my 69 years. I've been to all the pain mgmt doctors where I live, which is in Palmdale (so I have a long drive to get to the ketamine clinic but it's worth every minute of it) Dr mahjoubi is so caring and professional I just can't say enough. he calls you the day after to make sure you're feeling okay and ask you questions gives you plenty of time to ask him questions he's definitely the best doctor I've ever been to and his product is excellent. I would recommend this clinic to all my family & friends (as well as ANYBODY!) The new offices are very comfortable. The recliners versus the old bed is so much of an improvement it's so comfortable I feel like I'm at home. the rest of the furniture is also inviting but very charming, I feel at home there. There are FABULOUS artworks in the room also, I found myself wishing I was there in one of the paintings after looking at it for a while! They are constantly monitoring patients during sessions. His treatments are individualized based on you as a patient, he also listens and answers any questions and will you you his unbiased advice. My son grapples with treatment resistant depression and has explored just about every combination of the medicines that are typically available. In 2016, in the depths of a very long and dark depression, we took him to see Dr. Mahjoubi for a Ketamine infusion. I remember standing just outside the door of the room with my wife holding onto each other and listening to our son describe how he felt to Dr. Mahjoubi. It was amazing. He spoke of being awestruck, and how some of the thoughts that plagued him took on different meanings. He sounded like a little kid again with a stream of thoughts and ideas just pouring out. After the session, driving home, he felt woozy and complained later that he still felt depressed. Ketamine is practically a lifesaver for me. I’ve been diagnosed with and suffering from severe depression for almost 10 years now. I have been prescribed numerous medications and treatments prescribed by my psychiatrist. Unfortunately, none of the medication cocktails worked for me. Initially, they alleviated some of the symptoms but seemed to stop being effective after some time. The rest just made me numb, uncaring, distant, and did not feel like I was alive. Worse, they did not get rid of the suicidal thoughts. I had them every single day, as soon as I woke up in the morning. I decided to try Ketamine in April of this year. The initial treatment consisted of 6 infusions and after the first 3, I felt that my depressive episodes were becoming less frequent, less in intensity, and shorter in duration. I completed the remaining 3 infusions and opted for a monthly maintenance infusion. After 2 months, I noticed a huge positive change in my mood and somehow felt more aware and connected once again to my family. My wife would always mention that I was more “present”, especially around our daughter. More importantly, the suicidal thoughts were virtually gone. As Dr. David Mahjoubi stressed out, there would still be occasional depressive episodes. But no matter how bad they got, there were no thoughts of killing myself. Finally, by the end of June, I stopped taking all of my medications. Currently, even with few and far between episodes, I don’t feel numb and I can actually think and do meaningful work. I started to work out again and take up a new hobby. None of this would have been possible were it not for the expertise and care of Dr. David Mahjoubi. There are numerous ketamine clinics in Los Angeles but what drew me to his was his website. It is thorough and explains everything from the procedure, what to expect, and the costs. From a patient’s standpoint, I found that reassuring. During the initial consultation, he was upfront and honest about the effectiveness of the treatment. But what mattered the most to me as a patient is his care, empathy, and his willingness to LISTEN. Before or after a treatment, he spends time to answer questions or address any concerns, which is very rare nowadays. In addition, I can communicate with him either by email or text. The cost of his treatment is reasonable compared to other clinics. He and his assistants make me feel that “they are there for me”. My experience at his clinic is always positive and comforting.

I’ve had infusions & use the spray. I’ve had infusions in both Ca & Az. This is, by far, the best experience of the 3 places I’ve been. Dr Mahjoubi is incredibly compassionate & confidential. I wouldn’t be writing this w/o the help I’ve received here. I suffer chronic nerve pain. I’ve had suicide attempts from waiting too long & severe depression inevitably sets in. I don't really want to post this here-BUT am doing so because infusions have literally saved my life. If you’re severely depressed or know someone who is-get them here ASAP. When I went last year I didn’t have the funds to go-but I figured out a way. I figured; it’s cheaper than a funeral. Morbid, but true. I don’t know if the spray would work as a stand alone (no infusions), but it has helped keep me stable. Severe depression is relentless & can be deadly. Lives are saved here.

Hello. I never post feedback but I had such a positive experience I thought it would be wrong. From my initial inquiry to my first visit, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism by the staff and the Doctor. Ok, first of all the office is gorgeous, clean and organized. And you want to hear the biggest shock, Dr. M actually spent time to talk to me and actually was intrested to find out how he can help me. I did 5 ketamine infusions initially and have back many times after. This changed my LIFE! I'm am a better father, husband, friend and a more functional member of society. I highly encourage anyone experiencing anxiety, depression and general going through a hard time, you must try this. It was amazing and the Dr and his staff made me feel so comfortable. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mahjoubi in January 2018 for a consultation regarding treatment resistant depression. I was on relatively high doses of 3 different medications for treatment of longstanding depression and anxiety and found that these did not completely alleviate my symptoms. I underwent 3 infusions followed by intranasal therapy administered by Dr. Mahjoubi and have found that ketamine is an extremely effective adjunct to my baseline treatment. I feel better than I have in a long time. I am a surgeon and can say from extensive experience interacting with physicians that Dr. Mahjoubi practices medicine the way it should be done. He is patient, personable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, experienced and skilled. He treats you like an actual person and it is very apparent that he truly cares about his patients. He is accessible and very prompt in returning follow-up communication. I would highly recommend both Dr. Mahjoubi and ketamine therapy to anyone with treatment resistant depression.

Short version: Trustworthy, invested care. Best in CA. Amazing treatment. Full review: I looked into every person that offered this treatment in the Southern California area and in my opinion Dr. Mahjoubi is without question the best. I have been through the ringer with treatment resistant depression and for myself, the ketamine treatment has been amazing. Hands down the best thing I have ever tried for my depression. The nasal spray is also an incredible option that has a lot of research to support it's usage over other methods and is also a great option for people who can't do IV follow ups as often as they'd like. However if you CAN do all of the treatments I can't encourage you to do them enough, it is worth it. Even better if you can see your therapist as soon as possible afterwards to capitalize upon the results. From my perspective, even though the treatment was incredible I'm reviewing the doctor and the practice because I wouldn't say, give a rating based on whether Prozac worked for me or not. Regardless of individual results in terms of professionalism and care, he can't be beat. If you're going to try this treatment, this is someone you can trust. Out of all the doctors out there offering this service he was also the least 'car salesy.' Comparatively, I felt absolutely no pressure to sign up for multiple treatments, to extend any beyond my comfort or means, no gimmicks, or any pressure sales techniques which is very important and comforting when addressing the needs of something as expensive as this and personal as depression. He's very accessible, very communicative, caring and very interested in knowing the patients care outside of his service which also says a lot about his ethics and his practice. I'm so glad I found him and I truly can't recommend him enough.

I had read about the benefits of Ketamine for dealing with intractable depression. I've been depressed for several years and tried every medication possible; both on and off-label. Nothing provided me with any relief. So I decided to give Ketamine a try. Making that decision and going to Dr. Mahjoubi at the Ketamine Healing Clinic was one of the best decisions in my life. The Ketamine infusions did indeed relieve my depression and after several weeks, I'm still feeling much more optimistic and hopeful; and actually accomplishing more than I did when I was depressed. Dr. Mahjoubi did not just put an IV in my arm and administer the Ketamine. He was much more attentive and involved with my care than that. First he spoke with me about my life situation and asked about my expectations as well as explaining what I should expect from the infusions. He gave me specific guidance on how to direct my thoughts during the infusion to achieve the results I was hoping for. During the infusions, he would frequently check in with me to see how I was doing. He was always patient in answering my many questions and was genuinely interested in my well-being. It's rare to find doctors these days that take such a interest in their patients. I can't recommend Dr. Mahjoubi highly enough. He changed my life.

For years I've been begging for help. I've seen several therapists and psychiatrists. Each new doctor I see, it's always the same story, nothing even changes. I've exhausted every medication possible to treat my Depression, Severe Panic Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD. Prozac, Ativan, Xanax (Any benzos you can think of have been unsuccessful) Hydroxizine, seroquel, welbutrin, lamictal, Risperidone. Nothing has helped me, if anything they give me worse side effects. I was at my wits end. I became suicidal and spent time in an asylum which was not a pleasant experience. I became so desperate for help I opened up to different ways to help myself, some were self destructive like resorting to alcohol or marijuana, and let me tell you, that did NOT help me at all. I found Ketamine Infusion upon doing research and found a few clinics. One was Called NeuroRelief ( I do not recommend this place) But I do highly recommend Ketamine Healing Clinic Of Los Angeles. Not to be confused by Ketamine Healing ClinicS of los angeles. They have a parking structure where you have to pay, which to me thats nothing. You can also park on the sidewalk just make sure to take quorters for the parking meters. This is the most amazing ketamine clinic you will ever find. Love this place!
